A delicious and creamy recipe full of coconut goodness, oats, omega-rich chia seeds and almond milk. Simple and perfect for a quick breakfast on the go. 

Waking up early in the morning is getting easier and easier for me. It might be the early bed times OR it might be the overnight oats that I prepare the night before.

Let’s be real. It’s probably the overnight oats.

I hate to say it but I’m motivated by food. If I had a long day, I like to treat myself to hearty meal. When I accomplish a big goal, I have a dance first (of course), then proceed to take myself out for a nice dinner.

Anyways, moral of the story is. These overnight oats with coconut cream and dates does the job when it comes to waking me up. Fuel your morning and day with this simple on the go breakfast 🙂

Coconut Chia Seed Overnight Oats Without Added Sugars

Nutrition per portion

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 Rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp Coconut cream, or milk
  • 4-5 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 3/4 cup Almond milk
Method
  1. Grab a 12 oz mason jar
  2. Prep and lay out ingredients
  3. Start layering ingredients into jar, start with rolled oats, chia seeds, and so on (you get it)
  4. Once all ingredients are in jar, add almond milk
  5. Put lid on top
  6. Leave for 8 hours or overnight
