I’m not even exageerating when I say that winter felt endless this year. But we are fast approaching sunnier days filled with outdoor adventures, tanlines, cold drinks and lots of smoothie bowls.

Here is one of my favorite smoothie bowl recipes! Feel free to experiment and add whatever your heart desires. Smoothie bowls are limitless.

Nutrition per portion

Ingredients
  • 2 bananas, frozen
  • 1 tbsp, whole flax seed
  • 1 tbsp, peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp, organic chia seeds
  • 1 scoop of Lyfe Fuel Chocolate protein or protein of your choice
  • 4 icecubes
  • 2 cups, almond milk
Method
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or NutriBullet. Blend!
  2. Top with favorite fresh fruits, seeds or nuts. I used coconut shreds, blackberries, bananas, cocoa, chia seeds.
