Vegan Banana Bread

Vegan Banana BreadšŸŒšŸžšŸµ It’s everything a banana bread should be– flavorful, sweet, hearty and super moist. Best part? No dairy, eggs or oil was used in the making of this! Big thanks to @lisalorles for the recipe!Ā 

Vegan Banana BreadĀ 

first mix … Ā» 4 medium ripe, spotted bananas
Ā» 1/2 cup coconut sugar
Ā» 1/4 cup coconut oil
Ā» 1/4 cup applesauce
Ā» 1 tsp each of vanilla, cinnamon & nutmeg
Ā» 1/4 tsp salt
then mix …
Ā» 1 and 1/2 cups whole wheat flour or white whole wheat flour
Ā» 2 tsp baking powder
Ā» 1/2 tsp baking soda
& fold together
bake for 30-40 minutes at 350°F.Ā It looks too moist at first and then it sets as it cools down.Ā p.s– I subbed the ¼ cup coconut oil for another ¼ cup of applesauce. I also skipped the nutmeg (none in the pantry). For a crunch, I highly recommend walnuts! For aesthetics, add two slices of a banana at the top 🐵
