November 2017 Recap | Accomplishments, Health Update, Lessons, Podcast Recommendations Etc

At the end of each month, I reflect back on the previous month and update you on what’s happenin currently in my life. I send this reflection out to my email list first but thought it’d also be a good blog post to keep up so here you have it : ) I hope you enjoy and take something away from this!

November Reflection

Accomplishments:
My youtube channel launched on November 12th! It’s taking a lot of mental energy and work but oh man, it’s absolutely worth it.
– I created two new printables: 7 Day Brain Detox and The Concious Planner
– Wrote a blog post per week despite having a crazy busy schedule!
– Worked with some amazing brands like JORD watch, Zing Bars, Lyfe Fuel and Talbott Tea
– I’m officially a member of the Foodie Tribe! Which is a network of food-based influencers
– I finished my last semester of classes before my internship this Spring!

Health Update: 
Still no diagnosis yet on if I have PCOS or not. Looking forward to meeting with some ultrasound technicians this winter break to find some answers!

Not-So-Fabulous Moments:
– Classes were tough on me. I was unmotivated in class and felt bleh. I think I’m simply ready to move on but I have to do my best to enjoy it. It’s all temporary!
– I said yes to things that I really didn’t want to do. It left me feeling a bit resentful and tbh, bitter af. Next month, I want to use the word “no” more often because I have to take care of myself first and foremost.
– I didn’t get to spend a lot of time reading. I wasn’t intentional when it came to setting aside time for that.

Lessons:
– My morning and night routines are non-negotiable.
– Go to bed earlier Bella.
– Work distraction-free for 30 minutes at a time to optimize work hours.

– WomanCode (I’m still chipping away at this one!)

Things I’m grateful for:
– Our little studio apartment
– Opie (my dog) and his unconditional love
– The excitement of graduation and what’s to come

Things I’m working on:
– Here’s the big news: I’m currently working on the Concious Planner 2.0 ! It’s going to be a 3 Month Intentional Planning Guide that’s going to be jam packed with fill-in-the-blanks and tools to help you accomplish some goals in the new year.
– A survey that will hopefully be out by the new year.
– Another IG giveaway!
Youtube Videos, new recipes, blog posts (ya know the usual)
– I also want to update my pinterest game. it’s kinda a big deal 🙂
