At the age of 6, I moved to America with my family from Vietnam. Without knowing a lick of English, I felt lost and quickly felt isolated.
I remember feeling like an outsider because I couldn’t talk or relate with the other kids.
The only thing that I really had was my smile. The only thing that I had were the smile of the other kids.
A smile means more than words to me. It is a universal sign of love and connection.

My history with teeth whitening started when I was in my teens. I used the generic store brands and to be honest, they made my teeth really uncomfortable and sensitive. I remember my teeth being SO sensitive and irritated afterward treatments that I swore to never use it again.
So I stuck with whitening toothpaste instead which helped with the sensitivity but it didnt’ do much with whitening my teeth.
Smile Brilliant gave me a custom mold that I could use to whiten my teeth in the comfort of my own home. I absolutely loved the whole experience. There were some learning curves but overall, the team walked me through it with ease and grace. Delaney from SmileBrilliant stayed in touch with me via email and the communication was flawless.
I followed the instructions and whitened my teeth for about 5 days straight. If your teeth are too sensitive for that, you can do it every other day for about 7 days. But I had no problem with it.
The mold fit perfectly and my favorite way to use it was at night before bed. I usually had a movie on or a book in my hand during the 1-2.5 hours that I had the mold in.
After 5 days, I saw my teeth become substantially whiter and there was a huge difference. Even Myles, my partner, complimented me on it!
